The client of this portfolio, which consists of four fantastic two-bedroom flats started out as a tenant in 2010. For three years they lived with their family in a lovely house in Clapham South which was let and managed by Chambré. When they moved from London to live in the Far East it was a great compliment to be asked by them to let and manage two properties they had bought in Clapham. They have since bought a further two properties, one in Clapham and more recently another in Camberwell Grove.  

We support our client with everything from finding suitable tenants, to scheduling a programme of works, advising on the possibility of a loft conversion in one property and also advising and overseeing the external refurbishment of another property on behalf of all the freeholders.
